VIP packages and trays typically need 48 hours when possible.
Often, yes—depending on what you want and what inventory is available. Last-minute requests may include a rush fee if they require expedited shopping, same-day delivery fees, or additional staffing to execute.
Can I add VIP last minute?
Can we still bring our own food and drinks?
Yes—custom items require a minimum 3-week lead time (and minimum quantities may apply). If you’re inside that window, we can recommend a non-custom version that still looks intentional.
Can you do custom towels, hats, koozies, or gifts?
Guest must purchase alcohol. Order confirmation is required for pickup.
Alcohol is always guest-purchased. But if you add VIP, we’ll make it effortless: we’ll recommend quantities, and once you place and pay for the order, we can pick it up, store it, and have it on ice the morning of your tour—so you’re not hauling heavy coolers or figuring out storage.
Do you provide the alcohol?
During booking, select “VIP Done-For-You” and we’ll send the VIP form and details. If you already booked, use the “Request VIP” button above or email us directly HERE.
When do we choose VIP?
Yes—bring anything you want. VIP is simply there if you want us to handle the setup and stocking.
