Sunscreen, towels, and water are the big three. Bring snacks if you’d like, and any drinks you want (alcoholic or non-alcoholic—BYO is welcome). A waterproof pouch for phones/wallets is recommended.

what time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out necessary paperwork. Please plan accordingly. 

Because of continuous tours going out throughout the day, we will not be able to extend your time for late arrivals.

where are you located?

We recommend rideshare or FreeBeach rides for convenience. Valet parking is available at the Cambria Hotel for $25/day (price subject to change).

If you’re joining a tiki tour, we suggest using Uber or Lyft — please do not drive after drinking on your cruise.

Will we see dolphins or other wildlife?

We often do! Dolphins are frequent guests on our tours, and our captains know the best spots to spot them — though sightings can’t be guaranteed.

Do you put a hold on my card for equipment?

For Scooter Rentals, YES! 

While we would love to think everyone treats their rentals as if they owned it - that isn't the case. We capture the hold at the time of your rental and we release the hold when the rental is brought back to us in the same condition it was sent out.

We have two convenient launch points:

📍Both locations are right on the water and at or near John's Pass villiage. Your confirmation email tells you exactly where to meet.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. No refunds for late arrivals because vessels depart on schedule. Tours may be rescheduled if weather advisories are issued by our USCG Certified Captains.

Scooter Rental - $300 hold

Shell Key is great for a shorter island day; Egmont Key is best with more time to explore. If you tell us your goal, we’ll recommend the best options.

2 hours for sightseeing, 4 hours if you want a longer route/sandbar plan, full day if you want to take it slow.
Full day for exploring beyond the intracoastal
