You are in FLORIDA. It is HOT and the sun can be brutal, especially in the summer months. Please remember to bring sunscreen. If you have forgotten it, we do have travel size options onsite for purchase. 
 
You may also want to bring a protective bag for cell phones, wallets, or important items to protect them from the sun and the water. If you forget, we do have cell phone pouches available for rent.

what time should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out necessary paperwork. Groups larger than 4 guests will require more time. Please plan accordingly. 
Because of continuous tours going out throughout the day, we will not be able to extend your time for late arrivals.

where are you located?

We highly recommend a rideshare or FreeBeach rides. Valet parking is available at the Cambria Hotel ($25 whole day). Some street parking may also be available nearby.  

If you have booked the tiki boat, you will likely want to commute either by UBER or LYFT. Please do not drive.

Will we see dolphins or other wildlife?

We usually see dolphins swimming around during the tour. Our captains are wonderful at finding where they will hang out, play, or eat. However, we cannot guarantee any specific sightings.

The best times of day tend to be in the morning (9:45 am) or in the late afternoon (around 3:00) and sometimes at night

NO REFUNDS will be granted for late arrivals. Our vessels ship out at the time of your scheduled tour. We work closely with our captains and the Coast Guard to monitor weather conditions for the safety and security of our patrons. Therefore, UNLESS severe weather conditions are present or small craft advisories are issued you can expect your tour or reservation to be kept.

CANCELLATIONS must be made 5 Days in advance to receive a refund.

How many hours do you recommend I book?

For parties of 6 or more, we recommend a 3-Hour tour. It fits most groups nicely.

If you prefer to cruise around and go to the sandbar, a 4-Hour tour may be more suitable. 

tiki Boat:

If you plan to visit the Sandbar, we recommend 4 hours. From our Gulf Blvd location, it takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the Sandbar, and another 20 back. This gives you plenty of time to hang out with friends.

Sightseeing? 2 Hours may be suitable. 

Planning to take our equipment out of the marina? We recommend a full day rental.

Do you put a hold on my card for equipment?

For Jet Ski and Scooter Rentals, YES! 

While we would love to think everyone treats their rentals as if they owned it - that isn't the case. We capture the hold at the time of your rental and we release the hold when the rental is brought back to us in the same condition it was sent out.

Jet Ski Rental - $1,000 hold
Scooter Rental - $300 hold
