From John’s Pass, it’s an easy ride to quieter stretches like Treasure Island and Pass-a-Grille, or head north toward Redington Shores and Indian Shores, and keep going if you want the full barrier island day.
For Pass-a-Grille to Clearwater with stops, 5 hours is the sweet spot. If you want a slow pace with extra beach time, choose 24 hours.
